As always I started exploring the surroundings of my hotel. I stumbled into a covered market. I still fantasise about the food on offer there.
I made my way up to Musée des explorations du monde and from there over to the Médiathèque Noailles - a beautiful villa surrounded by a botanical garden.
Through the streets and hills I made my way back to the hotel and had lunch.
In the afternoon it started to drizzle. I still explored the Eastern side of town and discovered that the Salle Agnès Varda (where the Cannes Film Festival is held) had an open doors event. I went inside to see where once every year the Stars rub elbows.
Later the rain let up and I got a nice sunset. I had dinner and went to bed. I walked 20,22km and made 28.204 steps that day.
